Hi!

I’m Renee Miles, a registered nurse, holistic nurse coach and functional nutritionist that has a passion for helping women navigate the complex and often challenging journey of perimenopause. With over 22 years as a registered nurse, I have a deep understanding of the body’s complex systems and hormone nuances to help my client’s achieve optimal wellness.

I am personally on a journey of recovery and discovered functional nutrition when I started experiencing my own struggles with hormonal imbalances. As a non drinker and fitness aficionado, I was still experiencing fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, poor sleep, acne and belly fat! Determined to find a natural and sustainable solution, I delved into the world of functional medicine nutrition, discovering a wealth of knowledge and tools that I now share with my clients.

I am a firm believer in the power of food as medicine and emphasize the importance identifying and addressing the root cause. I create individualized nutrition plans and targeted nutraceuticals to support my clients needs and goals.
